I was all gen, all the time, right from the off ;) I was desperate to stay as close to canon as I could and then 'Origins' aired and I was buggered as far as plot was concerned so stuck to keeping the characters in canon and adjusting the story to fit my needs.

Thank you for the complimentary comments about my writing. It's evolved since 'Family', there's less introspection and character POV as I try for a more cinematographic view, using the 'camera''s POV as much as possible. That's mainly due to acquiring myfeetshowit as a beta after she'd read 'Family' in one sitting.
