Trying to keep their heads cool while everyone around is losing theirs, Dawn and Faith take some of the last Slayers on a roadtrip trying to find a cure.

She's spent so much time trying to pinpoint where it started that she's not even sure of what it is she's not sure of, what's memories and what's just things they've repeated enough times. Memories aren't supposed to be perfect, she keeps thinking. People forget stuff every day. How do you know when you start forgetting things for real? Buffy was always absent-minded, was Dawn supposed to notice when the whatchamacallems got more frequent? If they'd noticed earlier, could they have done anything differently, could they have -

Revenge of the Red Witch

An epic tale of swords and sorcery, as Willow and a barbarian warrior from the distant past travel to confront a wizard who has stolen something immensely valuable from her.
Rating: 15 (graphic violence)

Conan the Cimmerian is black haired and sullen-eyed; a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, who came sword in hand to tread the jewelled thrones of the Earth under his sandaled feet.
Willow Rosenberg is a red-haired Jewish lesbian wiccan who thinks that eating a banana before lunch is an act of wild rebellion.
Together, they fight evil sorcery.

Warning: 1930s-style pulp swords and sorcery. Thews will be mighty, bosoms will heave, bodices may get ripped, and firm-jawed heroes will be saved from a Fate Worse Than Death by fair damsels. Or possibly the other way around.

Hi,

      well... finally, after several years of observing from the edges of the Buffyverse and commenting, I hope constructively, on quite a few fanfics, here's my first lj post. I decided after much putting-offness, that instead of talking about myself or posting one of my own fics, to post a fic that I wrote just a couple of weeks ago. Those who read, and sent me their pretty positive responses will spot a couple of changes (my first real attempt at beta help as well).

   Also, this is the first Buffyverse fic  that isn't about Willow and/or Tara, in some form or other.

   It's also the first fic I've finished in well over three years, or that hasn't threatened to make War and Peace look like an office memo! Certainly I never thought I'd be able to write a drabble!

   Also it's a post both Chosen/NFA fic; AU for the comics as well, fic.
