Note: This story, although it stands alone, is set in the same future as "The Djinni Asked Me How I Wanted to Die".   I pounded this out in a matter of hours tonight, in one sitting.  I'm not sure how.

Although this fic is not about B/A per se--they have been apart for something on the order of seventy years, and Buffy has been married to someone else--there is certainly an element of their relationship present.  If I'm pushing it, mods, please let me know and I'll be happy to remove it; I just need to test the limits to find out where they are.  I'm a recent arrival in the world of fanfic, and it hasn't been that long since I didn't even know what the categories meant.
